The hotel had some impressive features like spacious rooms with top-notch amenities, but I found the noise from the rooftop pool parties quite disruptive, especially during the late hours. The service was a mixed bag as while some staff were genuinely nice and helpful, I did face some unacceptable treatment regarding charges. Overall, while the location was excellent for exploring the area, I felt certain aspects could use improvement.
